- Positive Images is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization formed to assist women, men
and their families who are in transition. - Positive Images has served approximately 15,000 individuals through its seminars and services
- Positive Images provides:
- A center to address gender specific barriers, health and empowerment issues
- Professional clothing for the first interview
- Job readiness seminars
- Dress for success seminars
- Support groups to assist in retaining jobs, AA, NA, Toastmasters
- Substance abuse outpatient treatment
- Counseling and testing for HIVAIDS
- HIV/AIDS prevention services
- Transitional housing for men and women

- Since April 19, 1997

- In Broward and Miami-Dade Counties with locations in Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale (Oakland Park), and North Miami, Florida.

- Coming off Welfare to Work
- Entering or re-entering the job market
- Recently released from prison
- Coming from substance abuse facilities, and/or
- Coming from homeless shelters
- Homeless Veterans
- Senior Citizens
- Youth

- Donate accessories and gently used professional attire, clean and on hangers
- Assist in updating the web site
- Purchase undergarments, cosmetics, toiletries, personal hygiene items
- Volunteer on the board of directors
- Volunteer at our professional boutique, dressing women/men, or facilitating seminars
- Assist in grant writing, fundraising or join the speakers bureau
- Get involved in our special events
